Isolation

This was a film that was originally supposed to be linked to a photography book and played at a venue in Atlanta right before the lockdown for COVID-19 started. I had been working on it on and off through 2018-2020 but never saw what I wanted to do with it until it was completed. Those years were some of the toughest times for me mentally, I ended up convincing myself I was totally isolated because what I was feeling was something I could not put into words. This video is a visual expression of that journey of loneliness I felt with the goal being to resonate with others who may be going through something similar and believe they are alone in their head, visualizing these feelings made it easier to find a way out. We are not alone in this feeling.
